Welcome to the Upper Sandusky Municipal Court web site. Our goal is to provide access to public records held by the Clerk of the Court, information regarding the daily operation of the Court and answer general questions regarding procedures of the Court. The Court handles Traffic, Criminal, Civil, and Small Claims cases in Wyandot County including the City of Upper Sandusky and the Villages of Carey, Nevada, Wharton, Kirby and Sycamore.
The Upper Sandusky Municipal Court computer record information disclosed by this system is current only within the limitations of the Upper Sandusky Municipal Court data retrieval system. There will be a delay between court filings and judicial action and the posting of such data by the clerk of the Upper Sandusky Municipal Court for some or all of the filing types.
